What to Mix with Prosecco

Four ounces of Bella Principessa,
and one of these.

The quick answers, no recipe needed. Chill both, and pour slowly.

Fruit juice

Orange, peach, cranberry, pomegranate, blood orange or grapefruit.

A bitter aperitivo

Aperol, Campari or Select, with a splash of soda.

A liqueur

Elderflower, cassis, orange or limoncello. Half an ounce is plenty.

Sorbet

A scoop of lemon sorbet, whisked: a Sgroppino.

Ginger ale

Half and half over ice, with a wedge of lime.

Fresh fruit

A few berries or a slice of peach, dropped into the glass.

Pour a dry Prosecco: the mixers bring the sweetness. Bella Principessa Gold and Rosé are both dry (the label says Brut).

Behind the Bar

for every glass.

Chill everything

The bottle, the mixers and the glasses. Fifteen minutes in ice and water does the bottle.

Pour slowly

Down a tilted glass, so the bubbles stay in the drink.

Stir once

Gently, with a long spoon. Then hand it over.

Salute.

before anyone pours.

Every Bella Principessa bottle is ceramic‑painted, with no paper label, so it looks like part of the party from the moment it’s in the ice. Gold and Rosé, both Prosecco DOC Brut.

Questions at the bar.

What is the best Prosecco for cocktails?

A dry, fresh Prosecco DOC: crisp enough to balance juice and liqueur, and lovely on its own too. Bella Principessa Gold and Rosé are both dry (the label says Brut).

Meet Bella Principessa Prosecco DOC
Brut or Extra Dry for a mimosa?

Brut. Orange juice brings its own sweetness, and Extra Dry is the sweeter of the two styles.

What is the ratio for an Aperol Spritz?

3‑2‑1: three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, one part soda, over plenty of ice.

The full Aperol Spritz recipe
How many cocktails does a bottle of Prosecco make?

A 750 mL bottle holds about 25 oz: six cocktails at 4 oz of Prosecco, eight at 3.

Bottles for your guest list
Can I make these alcohol‑free?

Every juice drink works with chilled sparkling water or an alcohol‑free sparkling wine: peach for a Bellini, orange for a Mimosa, cranberry and orange for a Poinsettia. Same glass, for everyone. Please enjoy responsibly: 21+ only, and plan a safe way home.
