Brunch, reception or party
Most guests drink two or three glasses. Use three if the evening runs long.
Mimosas and spritzes
Juice and Aperol stretch each bottle, so you can scale back by about a third.
Count drinkers, not invitations
Leave out the designated drivers and anyone under 21, and have good alcohol‑free options on hand.
Chill more than you need
Serve at 43 to 46°F. Running out of bubbly is the one party detail everyone remembers.

Plan on five 5‑ounce glasses a bottle. Two or three glasses a guest covers most parties, so a bottle serves about two guests; for a single toast, one bottle covers six.
