I’m hosting an event. How can we collaborate with Bella Principessa?

Partnerships, not handouts.

Prosecco brings people together. Bella Principessa gives them something to remember. We love events where friendship is the point, and we’re proud to be part of the ones that give something back: a real place in the moment, guests who meet the brand, and a reason to look for it again.

Why we don’t donate wine

Our rule is simple. If they want it, they buy it. Even giveaways move through a till.

There’s a legal reason as well as a business one. In the US, federal and state “tied-house” rules limit what alcohol suppliers can give to bars, restaurants and other licensed retailers, and states set their own rules for events and sponsorships. Buying the wine through a licensed store or your venue’s distributor keeps everyone on the right side of those rules. It also keeps every partnership honest, and it’s how the events we’re part of end up helping the brand, not just the bar bill.

What makes a good fit

  • Friendship is the point. Dinners, gatherings, launches, celebrations, charity evenings with a real community behind them.
  • Guests who will remember it. We’d rather be part of a 60-person dinner people talk about than a 2,000-person crowd that never sees the bottle.
  • Something for both sides. A real place in the moment for the brand, and a better night for your guests.

Sometimes Bella Principessa hosts its own: dinners, gatherings, travel, editorial and film.

What to send us

  • The date, city and venue.
  • The number of guests and who they are.
  • What you have in mind, and what you’d like from us.
  • How the bar will run: the venue’s license, a licensed caterer, or a temporary permit.

Please give us as much notice as you can. All alcohol at events must be served under the right license, to guests 21 and over. Planning how much you’ll need? Our Drinks Calculator does the math.
