Valentine’s & Galentine’s CocktailsOne for the girls,
one for two.

Galentine’s is brunch on the 13th with the friends who knew you before. Valentine’s is the 14th, for two. Six pink‑ish drinks, one cold bottle of Bella Principessa, and the Rosé was made for this week.

Which Prosecco for Valentine’s?

The Pink. Bella Principessa Rosé is Brut, with a little Pinot Noir and red berries: the obvious bottle this week. The Gold for the Bellinis and the mimosas.

Party Math

Notes for
the Valentine’s host.

Note d’Amore

Bella Principessa Social Club

One bottle for two

Five glasses: two each, and one to argue over.

Galentine’s math

Two or three glasses a friend over a long brunch; a bottle serves two. Buy one spare.

The Pink is the point

Pour the Rosé this week. It photographs beautifully, and it tastes of red berries.

Strawberries in, not on

A slice in the glass looks better than a berry on the rim, and nobody has to negotiate it.

Plan the ride home

For everyone, before the first cork.

Con amore.
