Father’s Day Prosecco CocktailsShe’ll always be
his Bella Principessa.

For the man who taught her to ride a bike and still asks if she got home safely. This year his daughter, his wife, the woman who made him a father, pours for him. Six drinks, each starting with a cold bottle of Bella Principessa.

Which Prosecco for Father’s Day?

A dry, fresh one: Dad likes it crisp. The Gold for the bitter drinks he loves; the Pink because she’s pouring.

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 slice orange

Swap in the Rosé, also Brut:With the Rosé: Rounder and fruitier. The bitter stays in charge, like him.

Rossini

The one she makes him, pink on purpose

Today he doesn’t lift a finger, except to raise a glass.

Something bitter

Dads love a Sbagliato or a Select Spritz: bitter, orange, a bit grown‑up.

Grill math

A bottle pours five glasses: two or three each over a long afternoon, a bottle for every two guests.

Keep the toast short

He’ll pretend he isn’t moved. He is.

Father’s Day questions.

When is Father’s Day?

In the United States, the third Sunday in June: June 20 in 2027.

What’s a good Father’s Day cocktail?

A Negroni Sbagliato: Campari, sweet vermouth and Prosecco over ice. Bitter, simple, and very Italian.

Is Prosecco a good gift for Dad?

A painted bottle of Bella Principessa looks like a present before it’s wrapped. Bring two: one to open, one for later.

Is there an alcohol‑free option?

Blood‑orange or grapefruit soda with a dash of alcohol‑free bitters, over ice. Please enjoy responsibly: 21+ only, and plan a safe way home.
