Hanukkah Prosecco CocktailsEight nights,
eight pours.

Latkes, sufganiyot, a pile of gold coins on the table, and something cold and sparkling to cut through all that frying. One for each night, each starting with a bottle of Bella Principessa.

Which Prosecco for Hanukkah?

A dry, fresh one: bubbles and acidity are made for fried food. The Pink is lovely with jelly doughnuts and the gelt.

Salt, oil and crisp edges meet acidity and fizz. Latkes and Prosecco are an old friendship.

The Pink with the sweets

Sufganiyot, gelt and the Rosé: red berries meet jam.

Hanukkah questions.

What goes with latkes?

Something with bubbles and acidity to cut through the oil: a dry Prosecco, cold. Bella Principessa Gold is Brut.

How many bottles for a Hanukkah party?

A 750 mL bottle pours five 5‑oz glasses. Count two glasses a guest for an evening, and one more bottle spare.

Is there an alcohol‑free option?

Sparkling grape or pomegranate juice in the same flutes, so everyone at the table toasts together.
