Thanksgiving Prosecco CocktailsSix drinks
before the bird.

Thanksgiving is a meal of side dishes with a turkey attached. These take a minute each, so you can be in the kitchen and in the photo. Every one begins with a cold bottle of Bella Principessa.

Which Prosecco for Thanksgiving?

A dry, fresh one: Thanksgiving already brings the maple, the marshmallows and the cranberry. Pour the Pink beside the cranberry sauce: red berries meet red berries.

Bella Principessa Social Club

Prosecco with the sides

Salty, crisp and tart is where she shines: the appetizers, the stuffing, the green beans, the cranberry sauce.

Two glasses a guest

The welcome and the toast. Twelve guests, five bottles; a glass more each if it pours through dinner.

Plan the ice bucket

The fridge will be full of pies. Fifteen minutes in ice and water chills a bottle.

Buy the spare early

Plenty of stores close early on Thanksgiving, and the neighbours are busy.

Coffee with the pie

Very sweet food makes any dry wine taste sharp. Save the Brut for the toast.

Buon appetito.

The Bottle

Dressed for the table
before anyone pours.

Every Bella Principessa bottle is ceramic‑painted, with no paper label, so it looks like part of the party from the moment it’s in the ice. Gold and Rosé, both Prosecco DOC Brut.

Thanksgiving questions.

Does Prosecco go with turkey?

It goes better with the plate than the bird: its acidity and bubbles cut through the gravy, the stuffing and the butter. Pour the Rosé beside the cranberry sauce.

How many bottles of Prosecco for Thanksgiving?

A 750 mL bottle pours five 5‑oz glasses. For a welcome glass and the toast, plan two a guest: twelve guests, five bottles.

Brut or Extra Dry for Thanksgiving?

Brut. Extra Dry is the sweeter style, and Thanksgiving already brings maple glazes, cranberry sauce and marshmallows.

Is there an alcohol‑free option?

Sparkling apple cider in the same flutes. Nobody needs to explain their glass. Please enjoy responsibly: 21+ only, and plan everyone’s ride home.
