Can my bar, restaurant or hotel pour Bella Principessa?
The short answer
On the floor, the bottle is the pitch. No paper label. Ceramic-painted glass, butterflies and flowers. It turns heads when it leaves the bar, and the next table orders one too.

Venues are where a Prosecco becomes a habit. A guest who orders it at dinner looks for it in the store on Saturday. That’s why we work closely with the venues that give Bella Principessa a real place on the menu.
How venues buy it
In the US, bars, restaurants and hotels buy wine from a licensed distributor in their state, not from the brand. Tell us where you are and we’ll connect you with ours, or tell you when your state opens.
Where it works on a menu
- By the glass. A standard pour is 5 oz, so a 750 mL bottle gives five glasses. Reseal an open bottle with a sparkling-wine stopper and keep it cold; it holds its bubbles for a day or two. (How long does Prosecco last once opened?)
- By the bottle. This is where the bottle earns its place. A table that orders one is a table everyone else looks at.
- Brunch. Mimosas and bellinis need a Prosecco that’s dry enough to carry the juice. Brut is.
- Cocktails. The Aperol Spritz and the French 75 both work with Prosecco. (Can Prosecco be used in cocktails?)
- Hotels. Welcome glasses, suites, rooftop bars, weddings and private events. One bottle, many moments.
Both wines are Brut and 11% ABV, so service is simple: Bella Principessa Prosecco DOC for the classic pour, Bella Principessa Prosecco DOC Rosé for brunch, the terrace and anything pink on the menu. Serve both at 43 to 46°F in a white-wine glass or a tulip, which shows the aroma better than a narrow flute. (How should Prosecco be served?)
