Cos’è il Prosecco?

Il Prosecco è uno spumante rinfrescante prodotto in Veneto, situato nella regione nord-orientale dell’Italia, principalmente nelle colline di Valdobbiadene e Conegliano. Viene prodotto con l’uva Glera e si caratterizza per il suo profilo aromatico leggero, fresco e fruttato e per le bollicine delicate. Il Prosecco è diventato sempre più popolare come alternativa economica allo Champagne.
