Der Prosecco Superiore DOCG von Conegliano Valdobbiadene ist ein Wein aus den Hügeln zwischen Conegliano und Valdobbiadene, mit garantierter Qualität in jeder Flasche. Der Wein muss in den 15 Gemeinden der Region hergestellt werden und darf nur aus mindestens 85 % Glera-Trauben und höchstens 15 % Verdiso-, Bianchetta-, Perera- und Glera-Lunga-Trauben hergestellt werden. Die Produktion ist auf 135 Doppelzentner/Hektar begrenzt und die Bezeichnung Rive darf nur für die Herstellung von Spumante verwendet werden und gibt die Herkunft der Trauben an.
